In this video, Dr Kanchan Sharma will tell you about the Ayurvedic recipe of turmeric milk which will help you to boost your immunity and also good for your skin, your reproductive system, your digestion and keeps colds away.

Ayurvedic Turmeric milk:

Take 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup water now let it boil, after one boil sim the gas and add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 4 black peppers and 1/2 cinnamon stick. Boil till 1 cup is left, just strain it and it is ready to drink. If you want to increase its taste you can add sugar but do not use jaggery.

Drink daily 1 hour before going to sleep on alternative days.
