Unlike the PUMA Fuse 3 that is designed for CrossFit and heavier lifting, the PWR Nitro squared offers a much more versatile-focused construction. This shoe's bouncy midsole has made it great for lighter-weight workouts where I'm running and jumping more.

Overall, I think if you buy the PUMA PWR Nitro Squared with the understanding of where they'll excel you'll love this shoe.

I've enjoyed this shoe most for workouts where I'm doing lighter-strength exercises, then blending in conditioning circuits with short runs and explosive exercises.
