Walking at Europes largest waterfall, the Rheinfall Schaffhausen. The Rhine river (Rhein) near the town Schaffhausen and Neuhausen at the Swiss - German Border. The Rhine Falls (Rheinfall) is a very popular sightseeing destination and not far away from Zurich and the Lake Constance (Bodensee). At the Rheinfall, the Rhine River falls 23 m deep and the waterfall is 150-m width. Some other Swiss waterfalls are higher and perhaps sometimes more spectacular. But the Rhine Falls are Europe’s largest and most powerful waterfalls. Enjoy a nice travel walking tour around the waterfall and the Rhine River.
