Hi, welcome to this SyncEzy overview of how quick and easy it is to connect a project in Procore with a folder in Box.

0:20 – Connecting Procore and Box
Once you've taken a few minutes to connect Procore and Box to the SyncEzy portal, simply come to the configuration step, click on Add Project to sync, confirm the company, and choose the project you'd like.

0:40 – Selecting Tools and Folder
We then simply choose the Procore tools that you'd like to sync, and then come across here to Box and choose the folder you'd like to sync it to.

1:00 – Integration and File Manager
Once the integration is complete, you'll see it appear down here. You can go into the file manager to see the project, and view folders that are appearing and syncing correctly.

1:25 – Navigating Shortcuts
You can quickly shortcut to either Procore or Box to view the folder in that system. From a user point of view, they just use Box normally and the files will sync across automatically.

1:45 – Sync Features Overview
The Procore Box sync syncs your Procore data in both directions with Box or your local Windows Explorer folders. Documents and photos sync across both systems. Company documents loaded against Procore also sync both ways.

2:00 – One-Way Sync and Closing
