The Harris-Benedict Equation (BMR):
Women: 655.1+9.563 x weight in kg+1.850 x height in cm-4.676 x age in years
Men: BMR=66.4730 + 13.7516 x weight in kg + 5.0033 x height in cm – 6.7550 x age in years

Multiply the result by your activity level:
Activity levels:
Sedentary: x1.2
Lightly active: (light exercise/ sport 1-3 days per week) x1.375
Moderately active: (moderate exercise/sport 3-5 days) x1.55
Very active: (hard exercise/sport 6-7 x per week) x1.75
