St. Patrick's Day Parade, Forest Park Il.

I'm not sure why they have it because the small suburb of Forest Pk. doesn't have a large contingent of Irish but they do have a big parade usually the first Saturday in March which is a little early but if they had it later in March then it would be in competition with the downtown Chicago parade. At any rate it's a grand parade and here is just the first part. It starts of per tradition with a couple of dozen police and firetrucks blasting their sirens. There's the SWAT team in full battle gear and a small contingent from the army. We have ladies roller derby team with a giant roller skate float. There are guys riding custom midget cars and trucks, some classic Cadillacs and more. Just in the first ten minutes.
