Dolce and Gabbana + Smeg - NOT happy

I'm really not a complainer, and I'm really not into designer stuff-BUT - I just thought that, as I don't buy handbags, shoes, makeup or jewellery - I'd invest in a really POSH designer Kettle - and toaster - something I use multiple times a day and that I could enjoy. They come with a 2 year guarantee - so when, in a matter of months, the pattern on the kettle started to peel off. . . it was - back to the shop you go! Oh how wrong I was - as it's the worlds most expensive small appliance you hand a faulty item over and get a new one in return - except when they take away your faulty appliance and DON'T give you another one. . . I've been waiting OVER A YEAR NOW!!!! Got no Kettle Man! had to buy another! still no sign - and been waiting months n getting fobbed off - TIME TO NAME AND SHAME - SMEG!!!!!! sort yersell out!
