Use the stun gun on Joe and Josef before killing them
Kill joe and josef before they leave the farm

Note: I am skipping the cut scenes in order to meet the time requirements for 100% - Gold. For your benefit, I'm editing in the cut scenes from separate mission attempts. If you're having trouble meeting the time requirements, skip the cut scenes and HAUL ASS! Good luck my fellow GTA Fans!
