I will explain in this video, How to register your firm with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) online as well as mannual.

PEC Firm Registration Process

1. Name of your firm/company should be such which has not already been given to any firm/company. For this purpose, check availability of firm’s name before further processing. In case, the name is not available then change the name of your firm/company.

2. For registration in categories C6/O6 to C5/O5 use Application Forms

3. For categories C4/O4 and above, apply through Online Portal.
Required Documents
• Original Fee payment voucher;
• "Bank statement for last one year OR Accounting record verified by Chartered Accountant OR Audited financial statement"
• Affidavit from CEO/Chairman/Managing Partner/Director
• List of running / workable Machinery and Equipment owned by the company duly signed by CEO / Shareholder / Partner and contract agreement with machinery supplier, if any.
• Organizational Chart of the firm showing chain of command duly signed by CEO / shareholder / partner.
• Copy of certificate of National Tax Number of the firm.
For Category C3 and Above following document are also required
• Evidence of registration with SECP
• Financial Soundness supported by Bank Certificate & audited financial statement
• Experience of each director/shareholder
• List of major projects completed
• Bank statement of last one year OR statement of income/expense
• Audited report/Account statement in case of Pvt. limited Company.
• Copy of NTN certificate of owner & firm
If Firm is private ltd or public ltd following document are also required
• Certificate of incorporation Article of Association (AOA)
• Memorandum of Association (MOA)
• Form 29
• Form A
If Firm is Sole Proprietor following document are also required
• Affidavit of sole proprietor duly notarized.
If Firm is Partnership Concern following document are also required
• Copy of partnership deed and Form C, D, H (as applicable)

4. After filling up the Application Form, submit the case according to the instructions given at the end of each form. Now, wait for 15 working days, you will get your certificate/liscence no. from PEC.
