1/2 kilo beef brisket (2 inches thick slices)
1 piece chorizo de bilbao
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 medium red onion (chopped)
1 1/2 fish sauce
1/2-1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup garbanzos
2-4 cups water (additional)
5-6 cups beef broth
3 pieces saging saba (halves)
bunch of pechay
1/4 kilo cabbage (slice)
6-8 pieces baguio beans
1 small carrot (1 1/2 inch slices)
2 small potatoes (quartered)
