Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement for NMCopWatch and NM505CopWatch

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

The undersigned viewer acknowledges that viewing digital content, including videos involving police activity, accidents, and other potentially distressing scenes, inherently involves certain risks and emotional distress. The viewer understands that NMCopWatch and NM505CopWatch do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of the content posted.

2. Waiver and Release of Claims

By watching the videos posted by NMCopWatch and NM505CopWatch, the viewer expressly agrees to waive, release, and discharge NMCopWatch, NM505CopWatch, their affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and any other involved parties (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that the viewer may hereafter have for injuries, disability, death, or other damages arising out of or related to viewing the content, including but not limited to claims of negligence, invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other tort claims.

3. Indemnification

The viewer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that they may incur due to the viewer's engagement with the content provided by NMCopWatch and NM505CopWatch, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

4. Agreement to Comply with All Applicable Laws

The viewer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while engaging with NMCopWatch and NM505CopWatch content, including but not limited to laws regarding public decency and the respectful treatment of others.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Actions

NMCopWatch and NM505CopWatch are not responsible for the actions, content, or data of third parties, and the viewer releases NMCopWatch, NM505CopWatch, and their affiliates from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim the viewer has against any such third parties.

6. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

7. Acknowledgment

The viewer acknowledges that they have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. The viewer further agrees that this agreement reflects a complete understanding of the parties regarding the viewer's relationship to @NMCopWatch and @NM505CopWatch and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
