I am proud (and sad) to say that I am a Day-1 player of this game. I was there at the start, and I will be there the day it ends. SQEX is not going to make the game available offline, so I decided to make this compilation of all GL character animations.

BEHIND THE SCENES
You might notice the lack of Dare to Defy uploads. That's because I've been busy with this! I spent about 1.1M gems to get the entire roster's weapons -- and that was the easy part. Hard part was maxing out everything! It was a grind, but thank SQEX for Skip Tickets and 3x books. I'm now the proud owner of virtually every single weapon and armor in the game! xD
With the housekeeping done, it was time to record everyone's animations. First order of business: picking the stage/fight. The newly released Cactuar fights are actually quite good. We have options for single or multiple Cactuars -- with the latter useful when we need to showcase off-turn or counterattacks. They also lack any annoying power-up announcements, Force Gauge, and resistances -- basically a one-fight-fits-all event for this purpose.
Second: what buttons to showcase? S1, S2, EX, LD, FR, and BT are the main ones I want to record. I skip 99% of BRV and HP attacks, unless they're uniquely transformed, or are an integral part of the character's kit, e.g. Yuna's transformed BRV/HP attacks.
Characters with full FR+BT are the easiest to record. I just activate BT, and pad one turn with AA at the beginning, and the rest is in order of S1, S2, EX, LD, FR, and BT. If the character gets a new attack from their BT activation, I spent one turn after BT Phase to showcase the new attack.
Exceptions
1. Auron: his [Soar] attack is stack-based effect from his BT. For him, I decided to activate BT Finisher at the beginning, then use Soar once at the end.
2. Ace: he has a unique attack that activates only upon BT expiry. For this, I also started the showcase with his BT Finisher, then AA twice to waste turns before entering BT Phase. The expiry attack can be seen at the end of his segment.
For characters with BT and no FR, if they do not have a unique BRV/HP attack, I unequip their BT Extension so they only have five turns inside BT Phase: AA, S1, S2, EX, LD, BT Finisher.
For characters with neither BT or FR, it's just plain showcase of their base kit. I utilize Seymour or Shelke calls for this. Seymour for delay, so I get no interruption from enemy turns. Shelke for EX recharge for characters with especially slow EX recast. Crystal Ability 4 was also used often for extra consecutive turns.
As for the actual recording session: I record every character individually. I have 175 videos at the end of it, each about 1-2 minutes long. LOL. My poor phone storage. I had to empty my Music folder and deleted bunch of apps to make space for this. xD
