Our guest, Dr. Snyder, Chair of the Department of Genetics and Director of the Center for Genomics and Personalized Medicine at Stanford University, will shed light on the topic. In the study we used as a base for the conversation, they explain how interindividual variability in glycemic responses to standardized meals highlights the personal nature of glucose regulation. Through extensive phenotyping, we developed a model for identifying potential metabolic differences.
