Street? Drag Racing? One or the other right? That's not the thinking behind Torque Converters, Inc. (a.k.a. TCI).

The Memphis, TN company is part of the Comp Performance Group. These guys are in good company. Being a company that is a group of performance enthusiasts who had their start in drag racing causes one to spend a little more time investigating what they have to offer beyond a quick glance. Their 2015 product line-up is something to be admired with 32 new product release announcements between all Comp Performance Group
companies and 5 specific for TCI. Focusing in on TCI specifically you can keep your eye out for a new Transmission and Torque Converters along with specialty parts for the new Mustang 5.0 Coyote engines.

This transmission is an upgrade from past years in the design that
provides overrun clutch in first, third and fifth gear. The shifting strategy has been significantly smoothed this year, not forgetting that this beasts 6 Forward gears are fully programmable for auto or manual shifting. Not to mention that it being capable of handling
up to 850hp But why stop there. They didn't, they packaged a torque converter and paddle shifter into a package for the full thing to keep you driving fast for your Ford, Chrysler or GM.
When it comes to the Coyote engine they got a little more specific and bring to the table machined flex plate specifically designed for the Ford Mustang 5.0L Coyote engine. It has an E-coating to help prevent rust and corrosion, thicker machined section to provide
