The Marine & Technical Operations (MTO) team is made up of two departments: Deck and Engineering. Led by the Staff Captain, the Deck department consists of more than 35 positions. Led by the Chief Engineer, the Engineering department has more than 40 different positions. From the Engine Room to the Bridge, these teams are responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the ships as well as safely operating the ship.
