The Yardmaster's Headache is a 4' x 1' HO scale switching layout, time saver puzzle, build by a member of a local club 20+ years ago.

Only one car can be switched at a time. Moving cars from the arrival track and spotting them at there destination can be quite tricky.

In this video I repair the track and replace a piece that was removed during cleaning. I add in ground cover, add the NCE ProCab DCC Command Station. Test the track a bit by running a loco around. More work will be completed in Part 3
