Hi and welcome! Today I'm building a rundown/abandoned farm. This would be perfect for those who enjoy doing fixer uppers or maybe a rags to ranches challenge where you renovate it as you earn more money. Interior only have the basic fixtures like plumbing and kitchen cabinets, and old/worn down looking furniture that previous owners left behind.

This is a limited pack build. Heavily used items from Cottage Living and Cats & Dogs. But also used specific items from Snowy Escape (column), Seasons (awning I think), City Living (flooring and clutter), Strangerville (floor stains), Vampires (webs, cracks, scratches)
