How to make high proof moonshine

Windsong wants some high proof neutral spirits for some new flavored moonshine recipes she's working on. So, we're going to make a high gravity sugar wash for neutral flavor and high proof.
What I use in this recipe:

34 lbs sugar
14 gallons of water
