How many NEW things can we do in one day at EPCOT?

Best Day Ever at EPCOT!
This was such a fun day for us, and we got to cross off so many things that we hadn’t experienced before (or experienced together before) off our list! Some of the things we did for the first time: seeing Journey of Water at night; Riding the Figment ride, Journey into Imagination; experiencing Soarin’ Over California; riding Spaceship Earth together (Cate had previously ridden this ride), watching Sergio in Italy, and meeting Joy from Inside Out! We also did some of our absolute favourite things - like riding our favourite ride, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! Except this time… we decided to sign up for a Virtual Queue AND buy a Lightning Lane, and they happened to be called at the exact same time. So it was definitely a new experience for us to ride Cosmic Rewind back-to-back! We had SO much fun this day, you’ll just have to watch to see EVERYTHING we got up to.

After Epcot, we headed over to Toledo for dinner with our friends! We didn’t do a proper review here, so I’m adding our thoughts to this video, rather than making a separate video for our dinner. We did absolutely love this meal, and would highly recommend it!
