In this video, we will learn how to sync Outlook to Google on your PC so that your changes automatically sync both ways.

I'm starting out with data in Outlook, and an empty Google account. You may already have data in Google, and that's okay.

The first thing we'll do is to visit companionlink.com in our web browser, and click on Downloads at the top of the home page.

Then we'll scroll down until with see CompanionLink 8 for Google, and click to download it.

Once downloaded, we run the installer and follow the on-screen instruction to install CompanionLink for Google.

The installer places a desktop icon.. After the installation clock on the CompanionLink icon on your Windows desktop, and then click on Settings.

Here, Google is asking us for permission to let CompanionLink read its data. Click on the Allow button.

Then click OK on the Settings page, and then click on Yes when asked if you want to synchronize now.

Once the sync has completed we check Google and see that our data has been synchronized.

CompanionLink will continue monitoring Google and Outlook for changes. So let's make a change to an appointment in Outlook, by moving it to a different day.

Within just a few seconds, we can see that the same event in Google, has been moved to the new date.
