Korean Sausage Bread | ASMR 소세지빵

Baked twisted sausage bread with corn, cheese, onion and peppers. This sausage ppang is something you may find at pastry shops like Tour Les Jour. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup | 120mL milk
2 tbsp | 25 g granulated sugar
1 tsp | 3 g active dry yeast
2.5 cups | 60 g bread flour
1 tsp | 6 g salt
2 tbsp | 25 g granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 cup | 150 g canned corn
1/2 cup | 30 g onions finely chopped
1/4 cup | 20 g scallions finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp | 45 g kewpie mayonnaise (can substitute for regular mayo)
1 cup | 225 g mozarella cheese shredded
3 tbsp | 42 g Unsalted butter softened
4 hot dogs
Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbs | 15 mL water)
Parsley for garnish

Bake 350° F | 176° C
