Complete Induction cooker repair guide:

Most faulty parts in induction cooktop:-
1. Fuse 2. IGBT 3. Bridge rectifier 4. Capacitor 5. Tactile switch (push buttons) 6.Tempreture sensor

Most occurred faults in induction.
1. Fuse blowing, Fusible resistor burn, main MCB tripping :-
Check fuse /fusible resistor, replace if faulty, then switch it on with 100W series bulb. Check bridge rectifier, check IGBT/MOSFET. Also check MOV if it is there.

2. Induction is not getting on. No response, no display :-
Check fuse /fusible resistor, replace if faulty then switch on with 100W series bulb. Check 5V on PCB of keys panel as shown in video. If 5V not available then check transistor (IC) 78L05 on main PCB. check Zener diodes.

3. Some keys (push buttons not working) :-
Open keys panel PCB, Check corresponding Tactile switches (push buttons)

4. Induction is on only for few minutes then off :-
Check temperature sensor of the coil. check cooling fan and its supply circuit as shown in video.

Induction cooktop Error faults model wise (sometimes interchangeably applicable to other models):-
1. Surya cooktop (chinese) kit / E0 error
Check R36 (10 Ohm) near induction coil for over-value or open.
2. Next cooktop (chinese) / E0 error
Rico cooktop (chinese) / E0 error
Switch on induction with 100w series bulb. Check High Voltage DC (335V-350V DC) on collector (heatsink) of IGBT. If this voltage is too low then Check high voltage capacitors C-19 (4uF) and C20 (0.24 uF). Check continuity of induction coil. Check R2(220K), R3(470K), R6(220K), R7(220K), R8(220K), R9(2K) , R10(470K), R11(5.6K), R12(2.7K)
If all resistances are OK then check 2Volts on pins 9 & 10 of microcontroller IC. If this voltage is missing then this MCU IC is short, replace it.
3. Jodiak cooktop (chinese) / E0 error
Switch on induction with 100w series bulb. Check high voltage capacitors C-19 (4uF).
4. Suraksha cooktop / E0 error : -Check IGBT as shown in video. Check gate resistance and gate driver transistor as shown in video.
5. Surya cooktop (Indian Kit)/ E0 error : -Check sensing resistances. Check high voltage capacitors 5uF/400V.

Users are advised to consult a qualified technician if they don't have sufficient knowledge of electrical works.
