Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday appeared before the Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court virtually in the Enforcement Directorate's complaint against him regarding missing summons in the excise policy case. Kejriwal, who has skipped five summons, sought an exemption to appear via video conferencing informing the court that due to the confidence motion discussion in the assembly and the ongoing budget session, he could not physically appear before the court today.
