Before trying to transfer data from computer to Mobile first check some following things..👇

1) The most imp. First check your USB cable:
There are actually 2 types of USB cables -
1. Charging cables: can only charge your smartphone and other devices but cannot transfer data. These are commonly called “Charge-only” cables.

2. Data cables: does both; charges your devices and transfer data.
( So check whether your USB cable is able to transfer data or not ).

Sometimes, the cable could be "fake". It is also possible that your cable is "faulty" or "broken". But usually, there’s nothing wrong with your USB cable, it’s just "not built for data transfer".

2) And also check & keep your both (computer & mobile ) system updated.

Make sure the USB cable is working: Sometimes, the issue may be with the USB cable itself. Try using a different cable to see if that solves the problem.

Check the phone settings: Make sure that your phone is set to transfer files or data when connected to a computer. This setting may be located in the notifications panel or in the Settings app on your phone.

Restart both devices: Sometimes, simply restarting your phone and laptop can solve the issue.

Check for software updates: If your phone is running an outdated version of the operating system, it may not be compatible with your laptop. Check for updates and install the latest version if available.
