Hello Beautiful Souls,

In this video we discuss the current energies. Some of us are feeling the intensity of the energies picking up (Ex. X3 Solar class flare on Oct 24, 2024) and others are feeling off, not quite like themselves or are having strange dreams and/or experiences in their day-to-day lives.

For the Souls that are experiencing unwanted energies or an infiltration of energies around them or their loved ones, here are some tools to help:

• In meditation or stillness, morning and night, state the following:
"I, state your name, place, The Golden Rainbow Fire of Light 20 feet around my body and energy fields and around ... (say the names of who you want protected) and the spaces we are in for additional Light and protection. Our Golden Rainbow Fire of Light protects us from all lower vibrations, energies and frequencies. Any ill harm or intent sent our way in any way, shape or form is sent back to all those that played a part as it awakens them to the Light and Purity of Source.
So be it and So it is"

• In addition to the above statement, crystals such as black tourmaline and black obsidian can help with protection, especially when you attune your energy to the crystal(s) and ask for what your needs are. Cleansing your crystals regularly (in the sun, on the Earth or in fresh water. We also recommend doing your own research as some crystals dissolve in water) will help keep your crystals energetically clean.

• Ask your Team for assistance and let go of the outcome. Trust, Surrender and Let Go.

• Stay in a vibration of play, fun, laughter and Love. When energies are around us of anger, fear, doubt or confusion, pause, breathe and send Love into the situation/experience and let go.
The energy will flow in and release what needs to be let go of.

• Sing, speak, write, draw Light Language. The Language of Light is the Universal Language throughout the Multiverse and transmutes and transforms energy into a higher frequency.
