How to jumpstart a 2004 Mercedes Benz E-320

2004 Mercedes Benz E-320 (with dead battery and the key doesn’t work in the trunk)

Hey guys, if you run into an older Mercedes and the battery’s dead here is a little help. The older style Mercedes doesn’t have a jump post and the battery is in the trunk. Open the hood, remove the fuse box cover and check the cable in the back right corner (some are on the left side) use a flash light or your phones flash light and make sure it’s a thick red wire. That wire should lead to the battery in the trunk. Put you positive cable from the jump pack on that cable and the negative on ground. Should give you instant power. You can now use the remote or trunk button on the drivers side door panel to open the trunk and access the battery to perform the jump start. Checkout more of my videos. Links below.
