Morocco have been awarded the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals, replacing Guinea who were stripped of the hosting rights. Meanwhile, the 2027 rights have been handed to a joint bid from Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. The joint East Africa ticket returns the finals to the region for the first time since 1976.
