I did this when scrolling through tiktok at 1AM aaaaaa
thought the audio was cool u-u

Since her father was a complete outsider of her islands, she isn't really seen as "one of them" as a child. It wasn't so much as her people being scared of her, but it probably contributed to it in some way. Fear is usually the most common barrier to acceptance, I thought. And they didn't really like her existence at that point in time.

Because of this, I was thinking there would be signs of her inner Fray/Myste showing up.

At some point they're going to feel regret of course when she returned to the islands at the end of Endwalker-- I have the whole thing written about it in a document and I will possibly share it at some point. It was just in that moment in time that it was bad for her. The people didn't know any better since they lived in isolation for so long.

But yeah, that's the context.
