In this application, 2-piece aluminum cans are fed into the palletizer on an accumulator, where our Airliner flawlessly creates a perfectly nested pattern. From there, a continuous motion layer positioner moves the layer of cans forward, while a retainer stabilizes them as they are positioned onto a layer pad. While a full load is being discharged, a new pallet is prepped and then automatically fed into position, creating a seamless load transfer. As the full pallet exits, an automatic top frame handler places a top frame on the finished load.
