After wandering around the Skellige isles for a little bit we head back to Novigrad to help out Dandelion and find what is hidden beneath the city.

Obviously based on the books (of noted Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski) and developed & published by CD Projekt RED, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt once again sees us taking on the mantle of Geralt of Rivia. Famed monster hunter, silver fox and adopted father - currently looking for his missing daughter Ciri. The Witcher 3 is the game that catapulted CDPR into the stratosphere of premier AAA developers, crafting compelling characters, engaging questlines and a gorgeous (if somewhat dark) fantasy world. And Wild Hunt is the conclusion of one of the biggest storylines initially conceived of in the pages of Sapkowski's novels but fleshed out and brought to life in the games. And fitting last chapter in Geralt's story with the conclusion of the trilogy and an opening for Ciri to take up the sword.

OK, yes - this is my second playthrough of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt now. But we did have revisit CD Projekt Red's masterwork, having now played The Witcher 2 it was time to go through and make completely different choices. (Including hooking up with a redhead this time.)
