✅Fact 1: It's important to note that gallstones differ from kidney stones. While increased fluid intake can help flush out small kidney stones, there's no medical evidence suggesting that consuming more liquids can eliminate gallstones or dissolve them away.

❌Myth 2: Turning to a vegetarian diet can prevent the formation of gallstones.

✅Fact 2: Vegetarians are just as much likely to develop gallbladder stones as nonvegetarians. Adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet is always a good idea, but it cannot prevent or cure gallstones.
