How to create an online chess tournament (Lichess.org)

Here I demonstrate how to create a tournament using the chess platform lichess.org. It is a favorite of mine and completely free to use. I have found that online tournaments can be a great way to build on team development. It has been useful during quarantine for obvious reasons and continues to be useful today.
