IMD issues orange alert of moderate to heavy rain in Delhi

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) Thursday issued an orange alert warning of moderate to heavy rain in Delhi. The weather forecasting agency has also predicted strong winds in the national capital along with the rainfall.
