MY REVIEW -

This property is the newest one from Radisson in Goa and also the newest property near the Baga beach. It is not exactly on the beach but in the near beach area. I would not really call it a resort. More of a proper hotel.

It is a lovely property with all amenities. The pre-arrival planning, talks and queries were not satisfactory. They would not reply. Every time there would be a new person. Like in Goa it is common to be not come planned the same way things went here too. We enquired so many things but never received any reply without chasing them for several times. Finally we had to book things from other places.

It takes around 1 hour to reach from the Goa airport. The pickup and drop facility is costly as compared to the general rates in Goa. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. People here are nice which they were not on phone. We had issues with our suite but they did their best to resolve them as much possible.

The buffet was good. They would oblige whatever we asked for. They have the bar near the pool and also places to sit outside and dine. The whole place looks open sort of and cool. It is actually peaceful in the place where it is situated. Everything is good. The best of all is their cold coffee and the mojitos. Simply mind-blowing. They have a beautiful reception area. A new wing is also being constructed. I would really wish they have something for the kids. It is much needed.

All in all the stay was a comfortable one. If you want a peaceful stay then here is it. Everything is calm around here. The service and warmth is appreciable. They own up responsibility of whatever you say.
