Clinical Features:
A 35-year-old married female patient came with
Amenorrhoea for 2+ months.
Lower abdominal pain, more on the left for 3-5 days.
H/o a miscarriage 4 months back.

Ultrasound Features:
Adjacent to the normal sized left ovary, an irregular gestational sac with surrounding thick echogenic layer & internal dead embryo without any cardiac activity is seen.
CRL (Crown-Rump Length) is 14.8 mm which corresponds to 7 weeks 6 days of gestation.
A large localized heterogeneously hypoechoic collection with internal reticular pattern indicating hemorrhage is seen adherent to the left ovary.

Remember:
Pseudo gestational sac is a common finding in ectopic pregnancy making confusion.
A pseudosac usually lies centrally but true gestational sac doesn’t.
