A few dry hours to ride between the torrential rain Cows escaped onto a trail, Lake district E mtb ride bank holiday Saturday 24/08/2024 video # 746. I did fasten the gate properly before I left it looks as tho someone hadn't wanted to go over the stile and had opened the gate and stupidly either not shut the gate or checked it was shut correctly allowing maybe 4 or 5 of the belted Galloways and calf's on to the track. There was no way i could have got them back in easily on my own so I tried to contact the nearest farm but sadly to no avail
