Installing with the Y-Adapter Kit, when No Additional HVE Available

If an additional H.V.E. port is not available, use the provided Y adapter kit, so that your existing vacuum hose may be connected simultaneously.

Remove your existing vacuum hose from the H.V.E. port.

Be careful to watch for debris.

The Y-adapter comes with a Hose Connector attached. Plug the Hose Connector onto the H.V.E. port.

If you’re having difficulty, remove the Hose Connector from the Y-adapter and soak it in hot water for approximately two to five minutes until it is more pliable.

Connect your existing vacuum hose onto one side of the Y-adapter.

Connect the Vacuum Hose onto the other side of the Y-adapter.
