Hibernation - Insane (Rebalance) || Empires of the Undergrowth

Welcome back! One of the hardest levels in Empires of the Undergrowth, in my opinion, Hibernation! You play as a Rufa colony who is settled in the Alpine region, and winter is approaching. You must quickly store enough vegetation, which will decay over time, producing heat for your nest to survive. On insane, the vegetation needed is 1,600, it will need to be at least 1,800 or more because of the decay. The two bars, the top one represents outside temperature, the bottom one represents nest temperature. If the outside temperature drops below the line, ants that are outside for too long will massively slow down and die. If the bottom bar reaches the skull, your queen will die.

Tips:
- The workers only strategy is the easiest way to win this. Using only workers to gather vegetation. The tradeoff is you can't really defend yourself from any enemies, including the enemy colonies.
- Get about 70+ workers, in 3 groups of more. Have their attack off and spread them out to collect tons of vegetation.
- I recommend getting food throughout all of day 1 and night 1. Use that food to build tons of workers, at least 70+ and the 1,800+ vegetation storage. Keep some extra food in storage to replace dead workers.
- In case you run out of food late game and need those workers to collect the vegetation, sell some worker chambers for that little bit extra food to push you to victory!
- Try to avoid any fights with the wolf spiders and enemy colonies as much as possible. They aren't worth killing.
- Get about 1,800+ vegetation storage chambers and then focus on getting just vegetation.
- Ants walking on occupied heating chambers will get a small boost from the cold temperatures outside.
- As the days pass, the enemy colonies will slowly die off, one by one due to the cold. Use this to your advantage to harvest from where they would usually go.
- The rebalance made gathering food slightly easier, with more natural food sources underground. It shouldn't affect your gathering at all.
