❤️In this video I have shown how to make perfect Street style Pav bhaji.Pav bhaji is a popular Indian street food. 😘I have prepared the Pav bhaji gravy with lots of veggies to give a little healthier version. there are two methods to make the 🤤🤤Pav bhaji gravy but today I have shown the easier method in pressure cooker how you can make it. 🤤prepare it in the same way as I shown in the video you will definitely get the same flavours and taste which you eat in a street corner. ❤️❤️❤️

Ingredients:
🔴 For the gravy
🔸Oil - 2 Tbsp
🔸Butter - 2 tbsp
🔸Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
🔸Green chilli - 2 ( paste )
🔸Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
🔸Kasmiri chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
🔸Onion - 4 ( large )
🔸Tomato - 5 ( medium )
🔸Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
🔸Pav bhaji masala - 2 tbsp
🔸Carrot - 2 ( medium )
🔸Capsicum - 1 ( medium )
🔸Green peas - 1/2 cup
🔸Potato - 2 ( big size )
🔸Cauliflower - 1/2
🔸Beetroot - 1 ( small size )

🔴For the tadaka:
🔸 Butter - 1 tbsp
🔸 Kasthuri mathi - 1 tbsp
🔸 Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
🔸 Pav bhaji masala - 1 1/2 tsp

🔴 How to make it:
🔸In a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp of refined oil and 2 tbsp of butter .
🔸 I have added butter and refined oil you can also use butter. once butter get melts add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds then add two green chilli well grinded finally add two tablespoon ginger garlic paste once you add ginger garlic paste keep the flame in low to avoid burning.
🔸 once the rational goes add one half teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder.it will give a nice colour to the gravy.
🔸 next add on the four big size onion finely chopped then cook until it becomes soft.
🔸 then add medium size 5 tomatoes finally chopped with the tomato add half teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt as required and coo it until the tomatoes become soft.
🔸 next add 2 tablespoons of pav bhaji masala and half cup of water mix well and cook until the tomatoes get mash well. close the pot and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
🔸 after 10 minutes open the lid and see oil has separated and tomato is cooked well.
🔸 press the masala with ladle to mash it well.
🔸 then add all the cut vegetables mentioned above.
🔸 in this gravy we added beetroot to get nice red colour.
🔸 then add required salt and mix well with the masala. add water equal amount to the wedges if you add too much of water gravy will be watery. for this recipe the gravy should be in thick so the taste will be good.
🔸 close the let and cook in medium flame for 4 to 8 vessels.
🔸 once the pressure of the cooker is completely cool down.
🔸 next with the help of a masher maah the veggies well.we have to mash it until it becomes smooth. the gravy should be thick and smooth.
🔸 now let's prepare the tempering . add 1 tablespoon butter once the butter get melts. add one tablespoon kasuri methi with it add 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander one and half teaspoon pav bhaji masala and mix well to the butter. once the raw smell goes switch off the flame and add the tadka to the masala.
🔸 now our pav bhaji masala is ready.
🔸 to toast the pav cut the bun in the middle. do not cut it completely cut it in half.
🔸 in a hot dosa Pan add one tablespoon butter once the butter get melts place the bun on the butter and cook until it gets light golden brown and crispy. once the one get crispy and golden brown take it out and kept aside.
🔸 now we have to plate it .the plating is more important for this recipe.
in a plate add more quantity of Pav bhaji gravy on the gravy sprinkle some finely chopped onions and finally chopped coriander in the middle add one cube of butter.
🔸 now our Pav bhaji is ready so hot and enjoy with your family.
