Fatwa Pujangga is from Aishah's album Aishah II released in 1991. Originally performed by Irni Yusnita & The Commandos in 1971. S. Effendi is the songwriter for this evergreen classic.

Wan Aishah binti Wan Ariffin or better known as Aishah, was a member of the Fan Club a New Zealand band. Aishah & The Fan Club debut album, Sensation, was successful on the international stage and has even topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart with the song, Don’t Make Me Fall Alone in 1990. After she was no longer with the Fan Club, Aishah returned to Malaysia and started her solo career and known as one of the country's pop legendaries with a row of hit songs and best-selling albums
