Was Assault Deku NERFED Too Hard In My Hero Ultra Rumble?

Assault Deku was once again nerfed in the latest My Hero Ultra Rumble patch. The nerf this time was to his crouch shot damage as well as his reload speed for his alpha. Now this character to my knowledge is among the strongest on pc but on console I’ve always thought he was average so this just seems like an unnecessary attack on him. Let me know your thoughts on the nerf. Hope you enjoy the chaotic matches!
