In this video I will be showing the last village between India & pakistan in western Ladakh. In 1971 during a confrontation with pakistan we occupied around 6 villages from Pakistan. These people are Baltistani (originally from Gilgit Baltistan) , their culture is completely different from Ladakhi.
They speak Balti & have their own unique way of living. These people live just 2-3kms away from the India-Pak border. Some still have relatives/family on the pakistani side with whom they cant meet now.
I have covered the village of Turktuk in detail, have interactions with locals & sharing how their life really is like.
