We have to keep all other countries closed, otherwise they can order our kits for the 8 dollar shipping, then I have to go in and cancel their order and they get upset, there is no way we can ship for the 8 dollars, thats why we have to keep it closed. We worked out the best deal possible in order to try and beat the shipping, it costs 29 or 39 dollars for shipping a kit, BUT, we can ship 1 to 3 kits for that 29 or 39 (see below)dollars, so we tell everyone to find a few people that want to order then split the 29.00 or 39.00 dollars shipping 3 ways which brings is down to an ok price for shipping, we ALWAYS give the customer our postal discount on shipping, we have never make a penney on shipping...sorry but no coupon codes can be used for international orders,already discounted.
