Uncle Pinoy Lechon UK first try

Decided to #treat myself with #uncle #pinoy #filipino #lechon since it's almost my day (not Paddy's). DPD gave me an hour window for delivery (10:36-11:36) and Aaron (ay-ay-ron, the delivery perdon) arrived at 10:45. #vacuum #sealed inside a #thermal #pouch with 2 small tubs of Mang Tomas sauce which I'm not a fan of being from the south. We prefer #vinegar -based #dipping #sauce ... A card with simple #instructions was in the box. I used my #airfryer and the #meat was #soft #juicy #well #seasoned and the skin was #deliciously #crispy ... My only complaint is the sauce. There should be a choice of #sukang #pinakurat instead of Mang Tomas. I rate this as 9.5 out of 10. #foodporn
