With new skip in the lab I managed to get a sub 6 even with very slow Wernicke skip. The new skip uses 2 wall boosts to skip turning the valve before heading to the room with long stair case. The skip can save up to 50 seconds, but it's difficult to do fast, in this run I managed to save about 20 seconds with it.
