Faith, Shadow, and the Collapse of Moral Authority

When belief replaces thinking, the surface-level problem looks political.

But underneath it is something deeper: shadow.

In this video, I explore how moral authority collapses when societies lose the ability to integrate complexity — and why what can’t be faced consciously gets split, projected, and acted out unconsciously.

We look at:
•What “shadow” actually means (individually and collectively)
•Why moral certainty gets louder when moral clarity weakens
•How religion once held moral coherence — and what happens when it fractures
•Why politics and ideology step in to replace collapsed moral authority
•How morality becomes performative instead of ethical
•Why purity tests destroy discernment

This is not an argument against faith, spirituality, or moral systems. It’s an examination of what happens when belief becomes invisible to itself — when people insist they’re being “purely rational” while operating from unexamined moral frameworks.
