Nembutsu 念佛 No.17 | 나무아미타불 | Namu Amita Bul Chant in Korean | 南無阿彌陀佛 | Pure Land Buddhism

This beautiful song, recites Amida's Name in Korean, Namu Amita Bul, with accompanying music. Nembutsu (念 佛), is the essence of Amida Buddha's Primal Vow, His promise to save all suffering beings. Simply Say Amida's Name and be saved; nothing else is needed.

Interested persons are encouraged to 'Listen Deeply' and receive the wonderful blessing from Amida Buddha, as they come into the presence of His Light of Great Compassion.

As the six character Name is not a mantra or meditational practice, you can follow the recitations in your own language of choice:

"Namo Amida Bu" "Namo Amituo Fo", "Namo Adida Phat", "Namu Amita Bul" ..etc..

Notes on Taking Refuge in the Triple Gem ( Buddha, Dharma and Sangha):

1. We single-mindedly take refuge only in Amida (Amitabha) Buddha.
2. We single-mindedly take refuge in Amida Buddha's Primal Vow and Saying His Name.
3. We take refuge in persons with settled faith in Amida"s Primal Vow (Sangha).
