Ad frequency refers to the number of times your ad has been served to your target market on average.

I usually start to see Facebook ad fatigue set in when ad frequency reaches 2.0-2.5.

That will often lead to an increase in cost per conversion and a decrease in the number of leads and sales I generate from that campaign.

Although there are notable exceptions. Watch the video to find out what they are.

To overcome ad frequency issues there are number of Facebook ad campaign adjustments you can make. My favourite 3 are:

1) Change your ad creative
2) Target a different audience
3) Offer something else
