After a long 11-hour journey from Manali to Delhi, here’s the latest Manali road and weather update (October 2025)

Plenty of snow at Koksar and Sissu, located just after the North Portal of Atal Tunnel.
➡️ Rohtang Pass is closed for normal vehicles, but 4x4 vehicles are allowed.
➡️ Solang Valley is surprisingly empty, as most tourists are heading towards Sissu and Koksar to enjoy the snow.
➡️ A green tax of ₹200 has been introduced for vehicles going toward Sissu and Koksar.
➡️ Roads are open and in good condition, repaired with stones and mud after landslides — ongoing work continues, but vehicles can move easily now.
