“Where focus goes, Energy flows”

On this episode of Extraordinary Life Stories, I’m talking with Mark Ormrod MBE 🦾

The fact he’s alive is a miracle ‼️

In 2007 he suffered catastrophic injuries resulting in the amputation of both his legs above the knee and his right arm above the elbow.

Mark is a former ‪@royalmarines‬ Commando, an author, motivational speaker, a father of 3, proud Trustee of REORG Charity and a Brazilian JiuJitsu Purple Belt 🤩👏🏼

He’s the UK’s most successful Invictus Games Athlete and holds the Guiness World record as the fastest man to swim a kilometre using only one arm 💪🏼🔥

In 2020, he was awarded an MBE for services to the Armed Forces and Veteran Community before winning ‪@PrideofBritainAwards‬ Fundraiser of the Year in 2021 after completing an ultratriathlon that raised over £600k 👏🏼👏🏼

For me, Mark’s journey epitomises courage, determination, and unyielding resilience!

His ‘can do’ attitude and infectious positivity is so inspiring and I learnt so much from my conversation with Mark 👊🏼

Proudly supporting Reorg Charity
